I am not a financial adviser. I’m a single father of two with passive income solution. As any parent knows, having kids will teach you lessons in finances that no economics course ever could (although I do have a business degree). When my wife and I divorced in 2018, it was like a bomb went off. I had no more help with childcare, no more partner to stay up at night with a sick baby. I knew I had to get my finances in better shape in order to provide for myself and my family. I knew I wanted to provide for my children and their future, needing such things as college fund, a home where they had more space, and their own rooms. I interacted with the individuals whose finances trumped mine. I began to see patterns on how to make money and what makes someone successful and applied them to my own life. The idea of ways to make money, leveraging my income, and making my money work for me instead me working for it triggered, and it became my goal to build passive income. Especially now, I realize how expensive it is to raise children, be single, and pay for day care. Even though as of writing this book we share the kids fifty-fifty, I still have to take them to day care so I can work. Not all the passive income ideas and tips mentioned in this book will work for you. Personally, I’ve implemented a few of the tips written. Each tip is different for each individual, and you have to do what you feel is best for you. What works for me may not necessarily work for you, and vice versa. I hope something in this book will ignite that fire in you to run with it in your life. Whether it’s to build wealth, add to your retirement, or just put a few more bucks in your pocket, I am sure there’s something in here for you. And, oh yes, I would like to thank our Lord and Savior because without Him, none of this would be possible.
‘Unknown Transactions: avoiding scams through understanding’, analyze scams as businesses with processes, and understanding these processes as the best education in avoiding scams. It present a new perspective in avoiding scams, by first elaborating on some gaming mechanisms that scammers have employed in deceiving scam targets and which many of us have misunderstood. The book deals with a wide range of topics, including how scams get introduced to eventual victims, types of scams, different scam proposal responses, and different types of payments a scam victim can make to the scammer. The investigation also examines the role of commitment in making scams successful, the relationship between the scammers’ confidentiality requests and occultism, and how best scam victims can present their case for a proper prosecution of these elusive culprits, considering the legalities and illegalities involved. Overall, the author identifies salient features of scam businesses, in comparison to genuine business features, exposing the sophistication of scammers in eliciting an advance payment from their unsuspecting victims. The author believes the present and future globalization will be beneficial to mankind, but the inability to delineate and define accurately what participating parties say and claim in business transactions, might be one obstacle to overcome.
Kevin Trudeau blows the lid off a nest of deception and double standards concerning general and individual health in this new book, "Natural Cures 'They' Don't Want You To Know About." Kevin has risked government prosecution to bring you the full story of an intricate conspiracy. From the retail supermarket outlets of huge, publicly traded corporations comes processed, manipulated, engineered "food products" - produced by other wings of the same corporation. These artificial, toxic treats are then sold with the blessings of the Federal Trade Commission and Food and Drug Administration - government organizations charged with safeguarding the public good ? laying the foundations for future disease and chronic ill-health for the consumer, and a guaranteed source of revenue for the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. Kevin reveals the shocking truth of how drugs - which are being advertised directly to the consumer, pushing their use to an all-time high - are actually the cause of illness and disease climbing to near epidemic levels. And, though it sounds dire, Kevin offers a light in the darkness and directs the reader to scores and scores of alternative therapies, medical practices, philosophies and - most importantly - potential cures that help your body regain its natural state of health and vibrancy.
